Just like 19mm solid wood flooring 12mm flooring can be re-sanded and re-polished a number of times providing a lifetime of enjoyment.

Can be laid over any hard/ flat surface except wet areas.Lower finished floor height, this is an important factor where timber meets other floor coverings, carpet, tiles, etc.

Installation Guidelines 

1. DIRECT STICK:

The 12mm solid wood flooring can be installed using the “Direct Stick” method; however NRT recommends this only be attempted by qualified flooring contractors or individuals with vast experience in flooring. 

2. PARTICLE BOARD:

Trowel glued and stapled to ply board. 

3. CONCRETE:

12mm ply anchored into concrete, timber trowel glued and stapled to ply.

This product is a non-structural form of flooring which means it cannot be installed directly over batons or joists. In these situations a layer of 19mm particle board is recommended.
